Online Course FAQ's
How do I get my courses?
Once you have purchased your course/s they will appear in your account screen, click on the view courses button to start learning straight away.
I have purchased my courses but haven't received them?
Courses can take a few minutes to appear in your account page, try to refresh your browser page. You will also get a confirmation email on your course purchased which you can use that link to login to your course. If you are still having problems after 15 minutes please contact us regniercakescourses@gmail.com
I can't download my course?
Your courses are best viewed on a tablet or computer, you can view them directly from our website and download the pdf.
Activate account?
You can set up a account by clicking the person icon in the top right hand corner of the webpage. Once on the login screen press create account.
Logging in?
You can access your account screen by clicking the person icon in the top right hand corner of the webpage and logging in using your email address and password you used to create your account. or Login here
How do I reset my password?
Go to the login screen by clicking the person icon in the top right hand corner of the webpage or Login here. Click forgot your password
How do I know what email address I used?
Check you emails for your activation and/or purchase emails, here you will know which email account it went to. If you don't have any emails check your junk folder, or contact us at regniercakescourses@gmail.com
What currency are your courses in?
AUD Australian Dollars
Do you have recipes for me to use?
Absolutely, check our our recipe page from your account in the menu. These recipes are for account holders only and you will get free access to them with the purchase of any course
Can I order a cake from you?
Yes I do sell cakes to order. Our cakes are available for customers who live in Melbourne Australia

Are you releasing more courses?
Yes, our next range of courses will be on making and preparing decorations for your cakes, and Christmas treats to make.
