The Dessert Buffet Collective Melbourne was pleased to design a elegant relaxed beachside buffet for a very special client.
Working for many years in the wedding industry, we make many friends with wedding suppliers. In March we had the honour of being hired by spectacular wedding photographer Sarah Coyle for her own Magical Wedding. Because of Sarah’s business she has seen her fair share of weddings. So when it came to planning her own, she knew exactly what she wanted. Held at the beachside Café/Restaurant The Pavilion McCrae, her colours scheme of white, Navy and pink went well with the rustic white and blue wash of the pavilion. We have setup many Dessert buffets at the The Pavilion over the years and love being able to set them up on there natural wood round table in a 360′ setting.
Sarah and Josh picked wisely from our long list of Regnier Cakes desserts to make sure there was something special for all. Going with traditional Lemon meringue pies, biscuit crunch rocky road, hazelnut, strawberry and passion fruit macarons, berry and white choc cheese cake, choc mint and white choc caramel desserts jars, with the centre piece of the table being her 2 tier salted caramel mud wedding cake.
We finished off the display with fresh blooms from Poppy culture, navy tags/personalized labels with white ink from little sister invitations. However none of our buffets are complete without the styling and setup from our expert stylist Lottie and Me
