I’ve wanted to create a chocolate buffet for many years, and what’s a more perfect time than Easter?
The Pavilion McCrae Beach yesterday gave me a challenge of creating a chocolate buffet showpiece. The only request was CHOCOLATE! With the main ingredient being right up my alley I started thinking of all the amazing things I could create.
Included in the buffet:
The display was the next challenge keeping the style rustic and adding a bush feel to it. So we decided there is no better time to use our wooden cake slabs (that my hubby spent hours sanding for me) with a burlap back drop, lots of greenery, white flowers and edible dirt to tie everything in together. And the Results Amazing!!!!!
