This buffet and cake collection was designed to incorporate periwinkle blue with touches of lace and deep rich pink tones. Set as a gorgeous outdoor high tea garden party and wedding dessert buffet. Desserts finishing details include periwinkle blue colouring, pink rose petals, edible lace, edible pearls, white chocolate and freeze dried berries. The main cake has a buttercream icing in periwinkle blue and white, finished of with fresh David Austin roses and garden roses cascading across the front.
